A maker and innovation manager's role is to develop and create a space that fosters innovation and creativity.  A maker space is a place that encourages users and visitors to be creative and put ideas into action.  Cara works for the public library which means she works to make her space accessible to all of the people who live and work in her community. Cara is constantly analyzing which equipment is used most often and how to make the space better over time.
